The main book for learning the method of Kabbalah provides the commentary of "inner light" by Baal HaSulam, based on the writings of the Ari. This is a technical study book including questions and answers, meanings of words, describing the structure of the Sphirot and worlds, explaining how to use them to develop man's feelings and bring him to attain the upper world. The book includes special sections that were written by Baal HaSulam such as Inner Reflection.
