Even though this is a small book comparing it to Kabbalah for the Student, Shamati or Attaining the Worlds Beyond it provides an introductory insight to delve into more complex books, this book has a special feeling to it. I recommend it after going through Attaining the Worlds Beyond.

This is a great book for the beginning student. There is so much good information that I will be reading this again and again. Thank you!! Rav Laitman for your insight into this difficult subject.

I have already read some books about Kabbalah from different authors. The books from Dr. Michael Laitmann are like a new generation of explanatory books about Kabbalah. He explains what Kabbalah really is. Written in a clear language, with simple words revealing complex connections so that also for the layman everything becomes easily understandable. "Basic Concepts in Kabbalah" is an introduction to the topic Kabbalah without empty esoteric phrases and incomprehensible secretiveness. This book offers to everyone who has the desire to explore spirituality Kabbalah in a very clear structure as well as the necessary knowledge.

'Basic Concepts in Kabbalah' provides the reader with an inner observation of each concept presented for authentic study of Kabbalah. One reading of the book and you'll find yourself returning to these topics and terms again and again -- each time receiving a clearer sense of what already surrounds us, yet only needing us to perceive it correctly.
